Delivery Information Free Delivery on All Orders Over £40
Standard Delivery
For orders under £40 in value we charge £2.95 for UK delivery, regardless of weight and size. This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature may be required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 1st Class delivery postal costs.
EUROPE
Delivery Charge £9.95
Delivery to Europe is charged at £9.95 regardless of order value. Delivery is usually 3-6 days.
Note: Certain weight restrictions apply.
REST OF THE WORLD
Delivery Charge £19.99
Delivery to regions outside of Europe are charged at £19.99 regardless of order value. Delivery is usually 5-10 days. All prices shown online include VAT. At checkout VAT (17.5%) will be deducted where applicable.

Please note: Deliveries are made to the address supplied to us. If orders are returned to us by the carriage company we may make an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch.
RETURNS
Should you have a need to return goods, please e-mail sales@newhealthcare.co.uk, or contact customer services by telephone who will be pleased to assist you by forwarding a Returns Form. Once the Returns Form has been completed it must be sent back to us by email. Our customer services team will provide you with a goods return authorisation code which you must provide with your return. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.
When returning goods (except when goods are faulty), the customer will carry the cost of returning goods.
To return products, please:
1. Complete and return the Returns Form (available by emailing sales@newhealthcare.co.uk).
2. Carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you. Please include the goods return authorisation code with your order number, name, date of order and address details.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene.
To help us process an exchange, refund or credit note when returning goods, we would be grateful if you could supply details of your order number, name, date of order and goods return authorisation code (provided by customer services). If the item is returned without a goods return authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
CANCELLATIONS
In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. You must contact us at sales@newhealthcare.co.uk before returning an item to request an Returns authorisation code. If the item is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that if the item has already been shipped from our warehouse a £6 handling charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Making A Purchase
All our prices are in UK pounds. The currency converter on each page will give you an approximate price in your local currency. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Our web site is fully secure, so your card details remain safe.
Shipping And Handling
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (subject to stock). UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (£5.95) or Royal Mail Recorded/Tracked (£3.95) Special Delivery orders placed before 4pm should, subject to availability and excluding weekends and holidays, be delivered the next day before 1pm.
Royal Mail Recorded/Tracked Delivery orders are usually delivered within 2-5 days. A signature may be required on receipt of order.
Free delivery, using Royal Mail Recorded/Tracked delivery, is offered on all purchases over £40, unless Special Delivery is selected.
Outside the UK, orders are sent by recorded Air Mail Post, and the delivery charge is calculated by the website according to the weight of the order. Delivery times will vary between 3 days and 15 days, depending on the destination country.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product you receive is not as you expected, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy
We offer a full refund on any faulty products. You also have the right to cancel the contract, for any reason, by giving notice in writing, from the time the contract is concluded until the end of seven days after the date of receipt of goods. We will provide you with a full refund subjected to product must be in its original package and is in resalable condition. Please note that postage/shipping costs are not refunded on goods returned other than according to these conditions.
